The two bedroom was beautiful, well appointed and great location. I enjoyed everything about it even the comfy bed which never happens when traveling. Thank you so much and will return for another great beach getaway.

We enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the beach.The area is away from noisy sites but has all you need in walking distance.The Apartment is well equipped with attention to small details. We like the beachchairs😄 and breakfast on the patio.Excellent price/value. We consider to come back.

we could not have asked for anything better. the property was very clean and comfortable. we had local family visit us while we were there and they all wanted the information to recommend this property to other relatives and friends. love the shell counter tops! beautiful place. when we walked in on the first night our son said "this place is awesome"

This place exceeded my expectations. It was clean, comfy and included just about anything a vacationer would need including beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, beach towels, washer/dryer, pots/pans, etc.. the list goes on. The place isn't big but with the open deck out back, it provides plenty of space for 6 guests to dine, live and relax. No detail was spared here, neither was the quality. The walk to the beach is literally 5 minutes or less, with an amazing food shack on the path to. My husband is already talking about renting this place again!

My family and I stayed here a couple of weeks ago and it was awesome. The condo is extremely clean and updated. The owners are very friendly and answered all questions and one request very promptly. Very short walk to the 8th Avenue public access. Would definitely recommend and stay here in the future.

From the minute I spoke with the owner, Beth she was a pleasure! She responded to every email so quickly and was more than willing to accommodate our every need! First, she allowed us to stay only 3 nights (Thurs-Sun) as this was an annual Girl's Trip and I believe most places have minimum night stays, especially during this time. Second, we wanted to surprise one of our friends with a mini-bachelorette day so we had a box of goodies shipped down the week prior. Beth was just as excited as we were and placed the box in the room for us prior to our arrival! The condo is absolutely beautiful, clean and everything you could want on your vacation! My friends were so shocked at how nice it was!! It is completely updated and no detail was missed. All of the towels, linens and beach towels are very nice/comfortable! Having a washer/dryer was also very nice. You don't find many places with two king size beds and they are extremely comfy too! Anything you need for the beach is also provided. She provides Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach towels and a nice size cooler! The beach chairs are especially nice as they have shoulder straps for easy carrying! The beach was so much closer than I thought it would be (at most a 5 min walk)! We felt like we were on a private beach and loved every minute of it! The water is so clear and beautiful and we loved talking with the locals! Kooky Coconut was our favorite lunch spot (a 3 min. walk from the condo) and enjoyed ending our nights at 18 on the Rocks up the road! As you can see from my review I have nothing but amazing things to say and will 100% be back!! All of my girlfriends agreed they would be back and would be contacting Beth! :)

Very nice place to stay! Units were just as pictured and fully stocked with the necessities for the beach. Very clean, too. Very easy to get to beach and within walking distance to many local attractions and businesses. Owners were very responsive, polite and helpful through all stages of inquiry, booking and the entire stay. We would definitely stay here again.

My fiancée, myself, and our small dog stayed here for a week and we loved it. The place is so modern and welcoming. Beth is great, and the doors open all the way so the porch outside and the living room become one, and we love it. We will definitely stay here next year!

This is one of the best homes we have stayed in all our years of renting a home for vacation! Renovated with beautiful furnishings and decor. They provided everything you need with comfort and ease! My husband and I stayed in this villa 9/11-9/18. We have stayed in the area before but I must say this is our favorite. The villa is very clean, updated and equipped. The walk to the beach is short and very inviting when you get there. The provided beach chairs are comfortable and in great shape. The Cuban sandwiches served at the Cooky Coconut just down the street are excellent. Not sure if this property is available for monthly rental, but we will be checking back in a few years to do just that when we are ready to be snowbirds!

We stayed at this home for a week with my 3 grown sons, 20, 22 and 26. It was so nice, new updated and clean. Close to the beach, and beach chairs, beach towels and beach goodies were all there for us to enjoy! We cooked in some and there were ample accommodations for cooking for the family. Although there is only one bathroom we made do and it wasn't a problem. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you for providing such a nice place for us to use for our beach stay!

Our family stayed over the July 4th week and from first contact on email to leaving, we had an excellent experience. The unit was as depicted: clean, well-decorated and a well-appointed kitchen. It was quiet, even on the main road, and a quick walk to the beach. We would love to come back and felt it was an excellent value. My family stayed in this wonderful Indian Rock Beach home for a week, and then two family members who were in the process of buying a Saint Petersburg home stayed on two more weeks. Beth was welcoming and accommodating. The home was clean, modern, and close to the beach. The hinge on one of the bedroom doors became loose, but just a quick call to Beth and a visit by her handy husband fixed that. Beth was even sweet to our pup. From all of us, Beth, thank you.

My wife and I stayed here recently and were very impressed with this unit. From my initial contact with Beth (owner) I could tell that she is a very detailed oriented person and it certainly showed from the beautiful décor to the helpful instructions on various appliances and equipment within the unit. From the second you walk through the door you could see that everything was sparkling clean, new, and stylish. The stainless steel appliances all seemed new and the granite counter tops and back splashed tiles were beautiful along with everything else in the condo. Plenty of dishware, utensils, and just about every other kitchen item you could think of along with new dishwasher and washing machine and dryer.Entertainment center with dimmable lights, brand new Samsung smart tvs throughout the unit and a Bose sound dock really show the attention made to make this a top notch rental.Last but not least is the outside private deck that has a grill, stainless steel rolling cooler, dining table with 6 chairs and palm trees that have solar timed LED lights around the trunk. This was one of my favorite features of the condo and could be a great money saver for families.All that's left to be said is great job Beth, I would highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back!.

I can't say enough good things about this beautiful cottage/get away!! It was clean (and I'm VERY picky) and had all the ammenities of home. The location was walking distance to the beach. Beth (the owner) was fantastic to deal with too. She was very accomodating and helpful in so many ways. The email with suggestions of things to do was wonderful, we took advantage of that as well. I would HIGHLY recommend this place!

This is a wonderful rental. Brand new everything. No cost has been spared! Huge deck to chill on. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Villa was great! We especially loved having the beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and beach umbrella since we flew. The keyless entry was also great as we didn't have to worry about everyone having keys. The accommodations were new and clean. Would definitely recommend.

We arrived at Indian Rock Beach on March 25. The two bedroom villa was excellent,it was so clean and recently renovated. Dream kitchen . Two very large bedrooms .The beautiful beach was a mere 5 minute walk to the beach. The beach was so clean and the water nice and warm.the location was great,close to everything .we also had a nice private deck for lounging and barbecuing.i would love to return and highly recommend the villa

We loved our stay at this villa! It was clean, newly renovated, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, nice appliances - everything you would need. The neighborhood was friendly and seemed very safe. It was a short walk to the beach and close to down town. The beach was a great shelling beach. Other beaches in the area did not have near as many shells. We loved our stay here and would definitely rent again. IRB is not as crowded or touristy as Clearwater Beach - a plus for us. We loved the location. The property is about 25 minutes from PIE airport, Clearwater is 20 minutes to the north, and St. John's Pass is 20 minutes to the south. The only thing I would have liked to have had was contact information on the property in case there was a problem. Our contact information for the person we rented from got buried in my emails and we could not access it.

I loved my stay at this beautiful Villa/Condo. Everything in this place is top of the line and very modern. This place has it all: 1) location (right across from the beach) and only 2 blocks from downtown Indian Rocks Beach where all the restaurants and bars are. 2) amenities and decor, The inside of the place is brand new, high tech, very clean and has everything you would want for a stay, beautiful new furniture, very comfortable King size beds, a bar area, excellent private deck with new gas grill, outdoor furniture, New cooler, beach chairs to take to the beach. 3) High Tech, Great LED Smart TVs and a cool mobile Bose Bluetooth speaker Player for your music on your smart phone. You name this place has it. I give this place my highest recommendation!! I Definitely will be back soon!!!
