This was our second time to this condo and it did not disappoint! Everything was just as wonderful as it was last year. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy furniture, awesome views and lots of beach items in storage. Can't wait to return!

We had one of the best vacations on this Condo. It was just like in the pictures and even better when we got there,it is beautiful and very clean. The beach is quiet and great for kids. We just love this place!

Completely outstanding vacation week in this perfect beach condo in all respects. The owner Beth was great to work with,we will return. One constructive comment the stairway was so dark we couldn't see to open the lock box or open the front door.

Was here in May and came back for seconds in Nov. We love this piece of heaven, the condo is beautiful and so clean , the beach is right out the windows, we have found our home away from home, Thank you so much Beth you are awesome! We can't wait to come back!

Everything in this condo was perfect ! We especially loved the decor. The view from the balconies was "like heaven on a Sunday". It was one of the most relaxing weeks we can remember. We took some day trips to Tarpon Springs and St. Petersburg, but the most fun was just watching the sunsets from the beach chairs setting in the surf. We will be back. Thank you!

B.O.B. ( best on beach), is the perfect name for this little bit of heaven. We were lucky enough to meet the owners as we were leaving from one of our stays at another condo.They gave us a short tour and once we saw it, knew we would be back. What a beautiful, immaculately kept unit and the very best part.... wake up every morning and you are right on the beach! Recently renovated, gorgeous furnishings, couldn't ask for anything more!Will be returning every year!!

We loved BOB! The condo is so nice, the beds are comfy, the views are to die for and the updated kitchen was a joy to cook in. The storage unit was well stocked with beach goodies, nice chairs and other fun items. We walked to a few of the area attractions, mini golf, bars, pizza right across the street and we would highly recommend The Salt Rock for dinner. We are already planning a return visit!

Our family really enjoyed this unit. The interior is wonderfully decorated with high end finishes. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils that you need. The balconies have an absolutely wonderful view and the rocking chairs are so comfy! There is a storage closet in the parking area that has all the items you need for the beach...chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. There is noise that can be heard from the unit upstairs (footsteps, voices) but I'm sure this can vary depending on how many people are staying up there. Beth is great to work with and is always in constant communication. If there is an issue, let her know and it gets resolved. This is our first time renting through VRBO and Beth made it a great experience. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!!

This condo was such a relaxing, comfortable place to spend three weeks. The view of the ocean was amazing from inside the condo and the balconies; being directly on the beach was a huge plus. The beds were extremely comfortable and the sound of the waves at night lulled you to sleep. The smart TV's and the remote control blinds were an extra bonus. You can hear every footstep in the condo above, but since the three different renters while we were there all retired for the night at the same time we did, we didn't have a problem with it. I would certainly rent this condo again and recommend it to friends.

Place is in top notch condition with excellent views of the beach, ocean and sunsets! I hope to be back sometime next year.

We had an amazing stay here. The place is as beautiful as the beach! The attention to detail with everything is what really sets this rental apart. They have truly thought of everything.

This place is heaven on earth. It is immaculate, beautifully decorated and just plain perfect. You won't believe the views. You can stand at the kitchen sink or the stove and watch the waves crash ashore. Wake up in the morning to the sites and sounds of the beach. It also has all the amenities you could ever want or need - plush bath towels, soft and comfortable sheets, beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, washer/ dryer, fully equipped kitchen. It was absolutely perfect for my family of 4!

We were very impressed with everything on our recent stay at this condo. Everything was to a very high standard and it was very well equipped. The location was ideal. Watching the evening sunset from the balcony was priceless. The beach was easily accessible, quiet and ideal for long beach walks spotting the dolphins as you go by. The condo is in easy access of lots of restaurants and shops.

My husband and I chose this property for a romantic December getaway, and we were 100% pleased with the beach, the town, the property, and the condo itself. The owner was extremely helpful and has obviously put much time, effort, energy and fun into decorating and maintaining Casa De B.O.B. Indian Shores is a great beach town, with as many lanes for bikes and pedestrians as there are for cars. We like that! The owner also provided helpful information on places to go in the area. We especially enjoyed Indian Shores Coffee, and Keegan's ROCKS! I also recommend Beach Yoga Pinellas- Yoga right on the beach, and I was fortunate enough to spot a frolicking Dolphin. The owner provides nice extras such as beach towels, beach chairs, and more. There are no words for how spectacular the sunsets are, and what a joy to be able to enjoy them from either of the balconies, not to mention being able to lounge in bed while watching the waves roll in. We made it our home for the week, and it really felt like it. This won't be our last visit! Thank you Beth, for everything! Love, Jay and Brenda

We had the Best time here!! It was my 40th Birthday. I had the pleasure to meet the owners. I must say a very nice couple. The condo was very clean and had such an amazing view!!! We will be back!! The best place we have stayed on the beach!!

We vacation at Indian Shore every year, and we will defiantly be back to Casa Da Bob next year. The condo is immaculate; including high end appliances, luxury bedding and linens. the condo was very well stocked with all the amenities needed. We loved the decor and felt like we were home. The beach and weather was also beautiful. Thank you for a great 2013 vacation and can't wait to return in 2014!

Our month-long beach vacation was wonderful and made even more wonderful by our stay at Casa de B.O.B. The condo itself was everything one would want and expect...beautiful, comfortable, clean, private beach and very near to all restaurants and attractions. Inside...all the comforts of home and then some. Outside...of course, the beautiful beach of Indian shores, along with everything needed for the beach including beach towels,(which is rare) beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, and beach toys for the kids.The owners are very accommodating and we have already spoken to them about our return trip next year. We will be back! We highly recommend Casa de B.O.B.

We had two families with three children and still found the condo to be spacious and perfect for us. Everything was topnotch. The appliances and all the small details made our stay relaxing and gave us very little reason to ever leave the beach. There were tons of towels, blankets, and pillows provided, dish and laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. I've never rented a place that provided all of that. I actually loved doing laundry in the high-end machines and we cooked dinners in the gourmet kitchen every night, which saved us a ton of money. It was right on the beach, and toys for our kids were provided, as well as plenty of beach chairs. The closets were huge, beds were comfortable, and everything was elegant, yet still made us feel right at home. The balconies were breathtaking. I'm reluctant to ever stay at the same place twice, but it was so hard to leave that we are all still considering a return trip! It was quiet and secluded (a must for us) but close enough to attractions in Clearwater and Tampa and great restaurants are nearby. It is the perfect getaway for couples or families.

We decided on this location after searching the internet. We usually stay in a home further up the beach, this was less room but newer. From the moment we arrived, we were very impressed. Right on the beach, covered parking, short distance from parking to stairs and the beach is right in front. The condo remodel was breathtaking and the views from the balcony were even better. Beth checked in with us prior to our arrival, and also called to make sure everything was to our expectations. Beth really thought of everything: stocked storage with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, Tommy Bahama beach towels, and the artwork was fabulous! I cannot say enough about this place. It is our favorite Florida destination so far. The only problems, was the kids didn't want to leave. We will be back!

and my favorite thing... the glass sliding doors,both in the living room and master bedroom, totally open and disapear by sliding into the walls. It's all about the view. Simply AMAZING. We will be back. I rate this in the top three of all the vacations i've taken. The one negitive thing is upon our departure the maid was about an hour early.and probably tring to get it ready for the next guests. but the four of us , my son is there to take us to the airport, all of our luggage, the two dogs...and the cleanig person tring to get the laundry started....oh well...I guess I just didn't really wanna go anyway. Loved it!!!

Casa De BoB is ideal for those who want an intimate setting with the Gulf just outside your patio door, and the sound of waves – not tourists. The interior of the condo is just as advertised – luxurious and chic. Every amenity is provided, and everything is FIRST CLASS. From the smart TV to the remote controlled sunshades, and right on down to the Kitchen Maid cooking utensils. When we spend money on vacations we like to be pampered. Casa De BoB pampered us with its luxurious furnishings, plush towels, his and hers bathrobes, and a fully equipped kitchen with the latest in décor and appliances. Casa De BoB, or “1B” as it is also called, is just above the private numbered-space parking which turned out to be extremely handy. We could leave the things that we needed for “on the beach” right in our car, which was parked right next to the walkway out the deck and dunes. We didn’t have to lug beach items down from our unit and then find out we’d forgotten something. The unit has a storage closet in the parking garage with beach toys and floats, but we’ve outgrown those a long time ago. Sunscreen and good hat are what we need these days. A hose nicely coiled in a hose box was just a few feet from our car space and provided easy wash-down of the Love Bug decorations we collected on our way over to Indian Shores. The unit is on the “first floor”, which is a few steps up from the parking garage beneath the building, so that when you are on your balcony patio, you are literally 10-12’ over the beginnings of the dunes and the short walkway through the dunes to the beach. We felt very connected to the beach and Gulf. When we’ve stayed in high rise condos in New Smyrna and Daytona we were either up so high that the view is like picture taken from afar, or we were on a lower floor where you become part of the tourist mobs around the pool, the obligatory Tiki bar, the exercise room, and the sand-strewn lobbies and elevators. You may call them “amenities”, but for a senior couple seeking relaxation, beauty, and luxury they are just distractions.Owner Beth is the greatest. She loves dogs – hers and yours. There’s a reasonable extra fee when you bring the pups, but it’s less than boarding would be, and it’s a joy to have them with you just like at home. There are only 3 sensible “house rules”. The unwritten rule, I believe, is “Have fun, treat the place as your own and with respect, and ENJOY!” Which we did.

We loved our stay at Casa de BOB! The condo complex itself was very quiet, and the beachfront was beautiful, relaxing and never crowded. The view from the condo was amazing, the listing description was very accurate, and the condo was very clean, modern, and had everything you would need-- including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. We hope to be back soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Everything was new in the condo....I wanted to move in. Quiet location except yes, it is on the first floor and luck of the draw of having people staying on the second floor above.....especially excited children. 7-11 conveniently across the street and a few restaurants and putt-putt golf in walking distance. Really enjoyed sleeping with the windows cracked open to hear the waves.Looking forward to going back!

We very much enjoyed our stay as the first guests at Casa de bob. The owners were VERY responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Any questions or needs we had were addressed immediately.The newly renovated space is a great spot to enjoy the beach and beautiful sunsets. We saw the couch and dining area furniture being delivered the morning before we checked in (we were staying down the road) so it is brand new. Our favorite features were the retractable doors and automatic blinds for our evening sunset/happy hour. The unit is on the main road, close to restaurants and bars and there is a 7-Eleven right across the street.This would be a good spot for 2 couples, or 1 couple expecting company.The noise from the unit above was noticeable at times....but that is condo living!

This is the first review I have ever written where there was not even one constructive comment. First of all, the location is wonderful, with plenty of bars/restaurants that you can walk to nearby. We loved being so close to the beach and left the doors open every night to hear the ocean. And the condo itself was amazing. It was everything we could have asked for when it comes to accomodations. It is obvious that the condo has been newly updated and the owners take great care in making sure it is truly the best on the beach. There are so many great things about this condo that I can't possibly list them all. All I can say is that we have rented several condos in this area over the past several years, and this is by far the best place we have stayed.

PROS: this property is so close to the beach. We loved having our window open at night to listen to the waves gently lap the shore. Surprised no screens, but bugs didn't seem to be a big problem this time of year. The condo has a modern, fresh and clean appearance. Very nice appliances including front loading washer and dryer. Sturdy beach chairs in storage closet a definite plus. Close to anything you need while on vacation and we biked to many places such as coffee shops, restaurants etc. Not as crowded here as we noted down by Treasure Island.CONS: This was the most sparsely furnished kitchen we have ever experienced....the very minimum and not so much as one spice or staple item in the cupboards. We bought salt & pepper and left it in the place for the next people. Were like 5 pots, one colander, and two glass baking dishes; a set of mixing bowls, but no mixer of any kind. No bake ware, no blender (which is a key item for tropical vacation - the owner did purchase one after we left). I suppose this is not a big deal if you eat most meals out. Mattresses in both bedrooms were mediocre, and seemed a bit worn. Both my husband and myself have bad backs, so this was an issue. These CONS are why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Biggest complaint has nothing to do with owners, but should be noted as this is a 1st floor condo...we thought we had a family of elephants staying above us. They had 4 very loud and obnoxious kids that ran around constantly up there...many times I thought they were gonna come through the ceiling. You knew who this family was on the beach too...we always tried to sit up-wind from them. I know kids are active, but this was excessive. Luck of the draw I suppose, but be aware whenever you have a condo above you.

Based on your feedback and suggestions we have added additional items to the kitchen including more bakeware, more glassware and a blender to improve future guests experience. Regarding the beds, both King Mattresses are top of the line, hotel brands and less than 6 months old. We have received great feedback on their comfort level from many other recent guests, but rest assured we will continue to monitor and respond accordingly. Thanks again.

This place is AMAZING!!! Right on the beach, complete with beach chairs and a cooler!!!!! We saw dolphins every morning from the balcony!!! Remodeled, and VERY clean!!!! My family and I had an incredible time - we didn't want to leave!!!! I would recommend this property to all!!!
