Great place to stay... Clean, comfortable beds, plenty of room for family of 4 great deck area... No yard... But you don't need it when the beach is right across the street. The kooky coconut is awesome we got ice cream there about every night. One if my favorite small town dives we have found. Quiet and not the tourist trap, but close enough to get to it all. No pets on beach it's signed and is a public access point where you go into beach.

I almost don't want to share how amazing this little rental is because I want it to always be available when we go back to IRB! My husband and I had such a great beach getaway thanks to this place. It was just the right size for us and we could have invited another family to stay. Plenty of room with two king size beds and a sleeper sofa. We cooked breakfast every morning and the kitchen had everything we needed. The appliances and fixtures are gorgeous. The furniture is gorgeous. Even the door to the laundry area is gorgeous. The beds were very comfy and you can completely unpack your luggage with those closets. The walk to the beach was short and sweet. Not too far at all. The beach itself was very clean and not too crowded. We went up to Clearwater Beach later in the week and found trash and glass on the beach and way too many people and decided we LOVE Indian Rocks. We will absolutely be staying there again as soon as possible.We did run out of toilet paper the last night and the salt was empty in the kitchen, but I can't complain because everything else was so much better than expected. We use too much toilet paper and don't need added salt anyway.Local places we'd recommend: Keegan's (don't pass it up because it doesn't look like much from the outside!), Guppy's, Jimmy Guana's, and of course, The Kooky Coconut. We also loved the Clearwater Beach area for sightseeing and John's Pass Boardwalk at Madeira Beach.

We have been going to Indian Rocks Beach for 9 years. This is the absolute best place we have ever stayed. So Clean, excellent location & has everything we could possible need! Look no further, this unit has it all for the perfect vacation! The owner was quick to reply to any questions we had, would definatley recommend this property to anyone visiting this area!

Shannon, one of the owners met us upon check-in and was very accommodating and welcomed us to Indian Rocks. His wife Beth called us shortly after our arrival to ensure we were comfortable and ready to enjoy our vacation time. The condo was very upscale, absolutely clean, and met our every need. From the granite counter-tops to the king-size beds, and smart TVs, everything was top-notch! We thoroughly enjoyed the evening barbeques on the private deck. We spent the majority of our time at the nearby beach and local dining spots. This was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations my wife and I have experienced. Renting this VRBO condo just put the icing on the cake! Also, many thanks to Beth and Shannon for making our stay a memorable one.

So many things to list. Ground floor, quite area, easy access to the beach, beautiful inside. Much more than I expected. Very pleased and hope to spend more time there in the future.

We couldn't have been happier with our choice to stay here! If we are ever in the area again, we will be sure to stay here again. Villa was in impeccable condition with all the necessities of home. Beds were super comfortable and all linens, bathroom towels, and beach towels were provided. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio and having beach chairs and coolers available for our use. Two minute walk to the beach and having the Kooky Coconut right across the street made for a great place to stop for ice cream, beer, or snacks on our way to watch sunsets over the Gulf. If I was to say one negative it would be that we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels on the last morning we were there, but other than that we had just about everything we needed!

Great beach getaway! Small but extremely efficient 2BR/1BA condo with all the modern amenities you would want. Loved the closet organizers for storage, as well as the comfortable beds and linens. Simple walk to the beach. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for use all in excellent condition. No beach toys, so be sure to bring your own if you have little ones. This was our first time to IRB, and we really enjoyed the laid back vibe and quaint feel. No high rises to obstruct that beautiful ocean view. Also enjoyed the local food - Guppys, Lulus, french bakery (name?) and Kooky Coconuts for yummy icecream. The unit is the first unit off of Gulf Blvd which might be an issue for some, but we did not find noise an issue at all. Also, no beach view from the condo but again a short walk to the beach and at this price point such a great value. Thank you to Beth, who was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with!

Look no further you have found one of the best, if not the best rental on the beach. This was our first time and I can not say enough about this place: very nice-new finishes, large open layout of a 2 bedroom (both rooms King Beds with high end bedding and new flatscreen TV's with apps, Netflix, HBO, etc). Living room is wonderful with under lit cabinet and bar...Also, double doors in living room open up to your very own private patio with palm trees, Tommy Bahama cooler, personal gas grill and spacious table... As for location, you are right across from the beach and you have not one, but two entrance points to the beach. Best yet it is only two blocks walk to downtown IRB and all of the restaurants and bars! Look no further, you have found where you want to stay for a week, month or even longer. Book this place, trust us you will be back just like us!!

The villa is very nice but keep in mind that it is very small. We were 2 adults with 2 small dogs and it felt tight. Everything is in nice order and the beds were fine. Adequate towels and starter supplies were provided. My only complaint is that there should be a vacuum in the unit since you are tracking in sand and also alarm clocks in the bedrooms. Also keep in mind that this unit is directly on Gulf Blvd so it's quite noisy with fire engines and ambulances going up and down the block (seemed often to me). When you sit out on the deck there is absolutely no view of anything so just be aware of that. The weather was awesome and I wished I had booked a place with a pool but that obviously is my fault. The beach is across the street but it is not that close, it's down a bit and then across the street, not far at all but not like you step across the street and there it is. The owners were very nice to deal with and I would recommend this villas as long as you consider some of the small things I mention above that I wished I had considered.

The place was great! The home was extremely clean and it's clear that it has been remodeled and it was done very well and tasteful. My wife and I didn't feel like we were missing anything; towels (beach and bath), coolers, and beach chairs were very much appreciated. Instructions are there for the TV, trash, etc. The beds are as comfortable as it gets - I miss it! Location for us was excellent - right across the street from the beach and right down the road from Crabby Bill's. The Kooky Coconut is also right across the street, which has awesome Cubans. I definitely recommend checking it out. The only complaint I had was that the air conditioner is a little loud in the second bedroom. It was unseasonably hot the week we stayed so it was probably working harder than it normally has to. I would definitely stay here again and Beth was very nice to work with - she took the time to respond to my silly questions, which I appreciate.

property was very nice inside and extremely well maintained. Just cross the street and you are on an almost exclusively private beach. very nice and peaceful. If you are looking for quiet quaint town between St. Petersburg and Clearwater, this is it. My wife and I really just chilled out and had a very nice week at this Villa and town.

Our Family stayed from 8/22-8/29 and the condo was better than advertised. The beach is directly across the street, reaturants within walking distance, and the kookie Coconut has the best icecream in the world. The beds were awesome and the kitchen was great as well.cant wait to return next year!!

Absolutely the best place in the Clearwater area to stay. Smaller community on the main beach road with super close access to the beach and a great little store called the Kookie Coconut with great food and ice cream about a block away. The home is extremely updated and gorgeous inside. Bed were huge and so comfortable! Wonderful patio area with your own palm trees. No need to bring beach chairs, beach umbrella, towels boogie board or beach toys . . . . all included! Only a 10 minute drive to busy Clearwater one way or a 15 minute drive to St. John's Pass in the other direction. Great relaxing vacation . . . cannot wait to return here!

Absolutely lovely! The beds are ridiculously comfortable, the house is super quiet and peaceful, the owners were easy to reach and very helpful. We would certainly stay here again. The internet was a little slow (it was a working holiday for us) but other than that - zero complaints.

This was a great place to stay! The owners were very friendly and did a great job to ensure your stay was comfortable. The location was perfect and so convient to stores, pharmacy, and beach. Loved being within walking distance to beach. We stayed in unit 1, very nice decor and beds were very comfy. We will definitely stay here again.

Thank you for allowing us to vacation at this essentially brand new property. Everything was perfect and top of the line inside and out. We loved the easy walk across the street to a beautiful, uncrowded beach and the new beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and great beach towels were a big hit with the family. Only wish it had a full size washer and dryer but we got by. Great restaurants close by. Lu Lu's had reasonable priced great seafood. My son took the trolley that stops out front to meet friends in clearwater. I highly recommend this rental. You won't be disappointed.

We just returned from a weeks stay in this villa! Everything is brand new, high end appliances and beds are extremely comfortable in addition to beautiful linens! Also very convenient, no stairs, parking right at your door! Beach is across the street, restaurants in walking distance, plus Trolley service if you don't want to take the car! Owner is so accommodating , should you need help with with any of the 3 Smart televisions! Would love to stay there again!

I recently had the privilege of staying here for a brief vacation and what I found when I arrived was way beyond on what I was expecting. First, everything in the unit was immaculate and brand new. Stainless steel appliances and LED Smart TVs in all of the rooms with DirectTV. And if you are looking to get out and enjoy the surroundings you are just steps from the beach and several of Indian Rocks Beach's best bars and restaurants. Whether you are looking for a weekend getaway or a sabbatical away from it all for a couple of weeks I can't recommend this place enough.

I highly recommend this vacation villa. So beautifully decorated. A feeling of warmth and relaxation!!!!The owner is so nice to deal with and answers all your questions with an immediate response. Its so nice and quite. A short walk to the beach which is beautiful. No need for a car with the Trolley at your disposal. When you open that door and walk in the first thing I said was "WOW". SUCH AN AMAZING RENTAL WITH ALL THE TOUCHES THAT MAKE YOU FEEL RIGHT AT HOME!!!!! I plan on returning next year.
